He mentioned that about <g class=\"gr_ gr_167 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace\" id=\"167\" data-gr-id=\"167\">seven  of<\/g> them were minors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr K.K Sam disclosed that landlords shall be prosecuted should they \nfail to adequately provide toilet facilities at their residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis scored zero in a 2018 District league\n table by the Center for Democratic Development (CDD) Ghana, a situation\n that triggered a decision by the assembly to set up sanitation courts \nto sanction persons involved in insanitary practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Anthony K.K Sam continued that noise pollution remains a major nuisance to residents and the city authorities.
