His \nkilling comes months after an MP with the governing New Patriotic \nParty&nbsp;Kennedy Agyapong&nbsp;publicly called for his beating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\n video of the Assin Central MP has gone viral containing his charge for \nAhmed\u2019s beating describing the undercover investigator as a&nbsp;dangerous bad boy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahmed\n was a member of the private investigations company Tiger Eye PI which \nuncovered astonishing corruption in Ghana\u2019s sports administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigative documentary broadcast on June 6, 2018,&nbsp;at the Accra International Conference Centre&nbsp;led to the resignation of the GFA President and FIFA Council member, Kwesi Nyantakyi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It also resulted in the suspension of the Ghana Premier League and a life ban on eight&nbsp;referees filmed taking bribes in the explosive documentary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some 43 referees were also banned for 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr.\n Agyapong began his attacks on the late journalist after the Tiger Eye \nPI team released an investigative piece titled \u2018Number 12.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;vociferous&nbsp;MP questioned the methodology of&nbsp;the undercover team to gather their evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He subsequently, released a video himself titled \u201cWho Watches the Watchman\u201d&nbsp;as a response to the Number 12 piece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He showed pictures of Ahmed Hussein-Suale on his TV network NET 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">credit: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myjoyonline.com\/news\/2019\/January-17th\/killing-of-undercover-investigator-president-expects-justice-as-soon-as-possible.php?iRef=artMore\">myjoyonline.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>President Nana Akufo-Addo has shared his condolences with the family of an undercover investigator who was shot dead on Wednesday&nbsp;night.
