President Nana Akufo-Addo has shared his condolences with the family of an undercover investigator who was shot dead on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condemning the murder of Ahmed Hussein-Suale\u201cunreservedly\u201d, the president urged the police to find his murderers \u201cas soon as possible\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahmed Hussein-Suale was\n shot twice in the chest and once in the neck at Madina in Accra. His \nkilling comes months after an MP with the governing New Patriotic \nParty Kennedy Agyapong publicly called for his beating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\n video of the Assin Central MP has gone viral containing his charge for \nAhmed\u2019s beating describing the undercover investigator as a dangerous bad boy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ahmed\n was a member of the private investigations company Tiger Eye PI which \nuncovered astonishing corruption in Ghana\u2019s sports administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investigative documentary broadcast on June 6, 2018, at the Accra International Conference Centre led to the resignation of the GFA President and FIFA Council member, Kwesi Nyantakyi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also resulted in the suspension of the Ghana Premier League and a life ban on eight referees filmed taking bribes in the explosive documentary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some 43 referees were also banned for 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr.\n Agyapong began his attacks on the late journalist after the Tiger Eye \nPI team released an investigative piece titled \u2018Number 12.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vociferous MP questioned the methodology of the undercover team to gather their evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He subsequently, released a video himself titled \u201cWho Watches the Watchman\u201d as a response to the Number 12 piece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He showed pictures of Ahmed Hussein-Suale on his TV network NET 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
