Boy 12, Electrocuted at Takoradi Market Circle

Boy, 12 killed through electrocution at Takoradi Market Circle after a brief downpour on Tuesday afternoon, March, 12, 2017

Eye witnesses tell YOURS IN THE INDEFATIGABLE SERVICE OF GHANA, NHYIRABA PAA KWESI SIMPSON the electrocution was caused by a metallic Electricity Pole situated at Old Accra Station near the Takoradi Sub Metro office of the STMA.

The victim whose identity is yet to be known was rushed to the SDA Hospital in Takoradi by a Good Samaritan Taxi Driver but was pronounced dead on arrival.

Another lady who tried to rescue the boy also experienced a shock and was rushed to the same facility but has been transferred to the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital where she is responding to treatment.
